I can’t wait to get my cards, when will they be sent?

Please refer to the Australia Post delivery calculators below as a guide for delivery times. All orders made on www.topfivemovement.com are despatched from regional Victoria or Melbourne Metro.

What are my shipping options?

Top Five Movement has the following postage & handling options when you buy your products on www.topfivemovement.com:

  • Flat rate $5 AUD in Australia and New Zealand. We love our customers so we cover the rest of the postage in these two countries!

 

  • International delivery flat rates are set by number of products:
    • 1-5 products = $30
    • 6-10 products = $55
    • 11-15 products = $85.00
    • 16-20 products = $110.00
    • More than 20?  Contact us.

Payment

How can I pay?

Payments are in Australian dollars and we accept payments via PayPal.

I am ordering from overseas, will I be charged customs tax and how much will it be?

Depending on the destination country, you may need to pay overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. For more information on customer regulations, duties and taxes please get in touch directly with your local customs office. If you don’t pay the fees, the parcel is likely to returned to Top Five HQ and we will be in touch about a refund.

Consider booking Clare as a speaker to prime your audience for positivity and drive positive behavioral change by gifting your audience members a deck of cards as a takeaway.  When you make your speaker enquiry, please mention you are interested in purchasing gifts for your audience too so we can consider a special speaker fee + product price.

How can I easily organise a corporate discount?

We sure do! We offer discounts to corporate orders that are AUD $1000.00 and over. Please contact us with your name, number of decks of cards and timing and we’ll be in touch with a quote.

What about wholesale orders? Can I sell the cards in my retail store?

For sure, we happily take wholesale orders.  Contact us with your order or for more information.

Affiliate program

Do you have an affiliate program? Can I make money if my friends/audience purchase the cards following my recommendation?

Returns

My cards are damaged. What can I do?

Oh no!  Please email us at clare.desira@me.com within 30 days of purchase with the details below and we’ll be in touch:

  1. The original receipt or other proof of purchase (eg order number);
  2. Your name, phone number and address and
  3. Photo of the damage.
